Joshi Enviro-Infra Consultant LLP was founded to bring rigorous, corridor-relevant testing services to one of India's most demanding industrial regions.
JEICL was established to address a simple gap: industries in the Surat–Hazira–Pandesara–Vapi belt needed a testing partner that understood not just the analytical methods, but the regulatory, engineering and operational contexts those results would be used in.
Our founding team combines civil and environmental engineering practice with laboratory science — allowing us to speak the language of site engineers, HSE managers and compliance officers with equal fluency.
Today JEICL operates across three core disciplines — environmental, food & agricultural, and microbiological testing — from a purpose-designed 28′ × 39′6″ laboratory facility in Navsari, with a fleet of over 40 analytical instruments and field sampling kits covering ambient air, stack emissions, noise and water.
Every method is documented, every result is traceable, every instrument is on a calibration schedule. No shortcuts between sample and certificate.
Results reflect the sample, not the client. Our quality system documents how competing pressures are identified, declared and managed.
Quotes within a working day. Sample acknowledgement within two hours of receipt. TAT windows shared upfront — and met.
We don't just test. We understand what the GPCB inspector will ask, what format the EIA consultant needs, what the site engineer is actually checking.
JEICL is managed by a leadership team combining decades of civil engineering field experience with active academic research in environmental science.
The practice is led by Kishor V. Joshi, B.E. (Civil), Managing Director, and Jigar K. Joshi, Principal Consultant — currently pursuing an M.Tech in Environmental Engineering with research focused on airborne microbial diversity as an industrial air quality indicator for the coastal Gujarat corridor.
This dual orientation — practice-based and research-driven — informs how we scope projects, interpret results and build methods.
Our Quality Manual, SOPs, calibration records and competence registers are maintained in line with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 — the international standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
